| Trattamento per gli stagisti | Rimborso spese: 1000 euro per tutti + mensa + laptop, sportello commissioni e spaccio aziendale. Contributo affitto per il primo mese per chi si deve trasferire da altrove. 15 stage, di cui 13 curricolari, attivati nel 2021 su 6.458 dipendenti, di cui 5.760 a tempo indeterminato (su cinque ragioni sociali: Ferrero Commerciale Italia srl, Ferrero Management Services Italia srl, Ferrero Industriale Italia srl, Ferrero Technical Service e Soremartec Italia srl). 58% assunti dopo lo stage. L’azienda inserisce giovani anche senza passare attraverso lo stage: nel 2021 ne ha assunti 63, prevalentemente con contratto a tempo indeterminato o di apprendistato.
