A Young Talent who will grow in the role of
Core Team Member Packaging Material.

During the program, you will be guided from a personal tutor through a journey within our R&D unit and you will have the chance to improve continuously your competences and to gain both practical and theoretical experience.
Tetra Pak will build with you and for you a training plan and career path that will include:
-2 years training on the job and rotations plan
-Cross-functional experiences with clear deliverables
-International exposure and experience

As a Core Team Member – Packaging Material you will have the chance to develop packaging material expertise as well as project management skills in a cross functional environment with specialist in the area of base material, converting line, packaging material, filling machine and package.
In this role you will also:
•Elaborate statistics and graphs of raw data coming from tests on packaging material
•Follow up tests on packages and support in classifying packaging material when arrives from tests in converting factory and issue request for analysis
•Participate as a Core Team Member to team meeting and competence growing activities
•Prepare presentation material for meeting and governance forum
