Job Description:
The Junior Design Engineer is responsible for component development.
The Job responsibilities include the coordination of development tasks: 
* Coordination of the development of components/assemblies with a multitude of functions and connections over time (e.g. from the beginning of a research project to the handover, from the specification sheet to series production).
* Defining and coordinating the technical requirements (e.g. specifications) for the development tasks.
* Ensure the timely, functional and installation-compliant provision of modules for further development steps. Define and release parts. Support purchasing in evaluating and selecting suppliers, monitor development progress at suppliers. Identify and eliminate any difficulties that arise throughout the development progress and ensure compliance with specified development goals.
* Create and check schedules and cost plans, set priorities, define interfaces. Carry out target/actual comparisons, initiate corrective measures if necessary.

Qualification:
* Master degree in Engineering (ME/EE) or similar fields
* Good knowledge  about the automotive systems field
* Presentation skills
* Good communication skills, team player
* Experience in development methodology (e.g. product engineering, DRBFM, FMEA,...)
* High motivation, self-standing personality, ability to work under pressure
* Proactive working styler
* Flexibility and high customer orientation
* Availability for abroad assignments for short or medium periods, including business trips
* Good English language skills required
* Basic knowledge of German language nice to have.
