Descrizione mansioni	Group Leader Test Facilities Management Centro Studi Componenti per Veicoli S.p.A. – Modugno (BA) Job Description: * Lead responsible for test facilities management at CVIT, with main focus on achieving high quality, reliable, safe and efficient operation of the test facilities and related areas * Lead responsibility of c.ca 20 employees (white and blue collars) Management of maintenance, technology upgrade and operation of test benches (engine bench, chassis dyno) and of the measurement equipment (including PEMS/RDE testing tools) * Management of setup and organization of workshops for engine/vehicle preparation and maintenance * Fostering and upgrade of the quality and health/safety/environment protection systems for the department Support proactively the acquisition, planning and execution of internal and external projects; react flexibly with focus on satisfying customer requests Qualification: * Master degree in Engineering (ME/EE) or related field * Minimum seven years experience in the automotive systems field and, in particular, knowledge in automotive testing technologies is required * High motivation, self-standing personality, ability to work under pressure * Proactive working style, team player, negotiation skills * Flexibility and high customer orientation * Good English language skills required; in best case, basic knowledge of German language La ricerca si rivolge a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi della Legge L. 903/77.
