Job Description:
The Junior Design Engineer is responsible for CAD component development
The Job responsibilities include:                                     
* Design development of constructive solutions: Develop design solutions for products within the framework of predefined concepts. Evaluate and work out constructively links between existing and new designs by modifying existing functions and elements. Develop, evaluate and coordinate solution drafts with the responsible functions, taking into account functional, material, production and economic aspects. Create schedules and, if necessary, present selected alternatives in detail. Conduct design studies on functions, arrangement and design, select/modify elements.
* Performing calculations: Performing calculations of strength, service life, wear, dimensions and weight of the components to be designed.

Qualification:
* Master degree in Engineering (ME/EE) or similar fields
* Good knowledge  about the automotive systems field
* Presentation skills
* Good communication skills, team player
* Experience in development methodology (e.g. product engineering, DRBFM, FMEA,...)
* Knowledge of CREO or other design software
* High motivation, self-standing personality, ability to work under pressure
* Proactive working styler
* Flexibility and high customer orientation
* Availability for abroad assignments for short or medium periods, including business trips
* Good English language skills required;
* Basic knowledge of German language nice to have.
