Job Description:
The Expert Calibration Engineer is responsible for management of competences and expertise for gasoline powertrain technologies and inherent calibration processes. The day-to-day activities consist of competence consolidation by deep analysis of state-of-art and innovative powertrain technologies (e.g. component analysis, cause-effect relationships) and includes the proof of concept and the development of powertrain solutions to fulfil future requirements coming from legislation and markets demands.
Furthermore, the Job responsibilities include:                              
* Development and standardization of calibration and testing processes, according to technology advance, quality standards and efforts optimization
* Support to experimental data evaluation and project troubleshooting for inherent work packages, with focus on drawing conclusions about calibration strategies

Qualification:
* Master degree in Engineering (ME/EE) or similar fields
* Minimum 7 years experience in the automotive systems field and, in particular, knowledge about gasoline engine/vehicle control module calibration techniques and standards
* Innovative mindset and future orientation to technology progress and work approaches
* Proactive working style, team player
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
* Availability for abroad assignments for short or medium periods
* Good English language skills required; in best case, basic knowledge of German language
