Descrizione mansioni	Senior Software Function Developer Centro Studi Componenti per Veicoli S.p.A. – Modugno (BA) Job Description: The SW Function developer works on behalf of customer projects and is responsible for delivery of SW functional content in agreement with time and quality spec., and function optimization according to requirements of customer and project variants. The focus is on development of SW for control unit of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and off-road applications. The main tasks relate with: * Technical analysis of the request and review with SW System designer and, if required, with customer * Starting prototype development, provision of detailed concept specification, modeling, simulation and review * Definition of the calibration strategy, calibration tools and calibration suitability with the function calibration expert * Test of functionality, verification and definition of quality status of the function * Support SW change requests * Debugging and provision of error information Qualification: * Master Degree in automotive engineering, Mechatronics, control engineering, electrical engineering, Computer science or telecommunications * At least 3 years’ experience in model-based software development and rapid prototyping. * Experience with embedded systems and modern Development tools such as e.g. Matlab / Simulink, ASCET, Labcar, INCA, … * Expertise in the field of power electronics, Control technology, signal analysis or embedded software * Background knowledge of Automotive-SPICE * Good system overview and understanding of the interaction of HW and SW in connection with combustion engines, hybrid and electric powertrains * High motivation and willingness to take responsibilities, self-standing personality, flexibility and ability to work under pressure * Independent and goal-oriented way of working, good analytical skills and coordination skills, team player and proactive working style * Customer orientation * Availability for abroad assignments for short or medium periods * Good English language skills required; in best case, basic knowledge of German language La ricerca si rivolge a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi della Legge L. 903/77.
